> A farm tour only takes place after express written or telephone confirmation. > A farm tour always starts at 10:00 a.m. and lasts at least 90 minutes; our visitors often like to stay longer. Other start times can be arranged individually in advance. > The hike is approximately 3.5 km long and leads across the farm grounds as well as adjacent meadows and field paths. > Guided tours are possible with a minimum of one person. The maximum group size depends on the guests' wishes and the number of animals available that day. For this reason, prior arrangement is also necessary. > There is ample parking and a customer restroom available. > We are mostly outside in the fresh air, so please remember to wear appropriate clothing. > Sturdy shoes are also recommended as we walk across the meadow. > Strollers or wheelchairs cannot be used. > Alpacas are flight animals, so bringing other people's dogs is not permitted. > We provide food for the animals as part of the farm tour. Please do not bring any food with you. > You can pay in cash, in advance or via PayPal.

Alpacas are flight animals or keep aloof. They feel most comfortable at a distance of at least an arm's length from people. To be able to pet an alpaca, a lot of trust is required. The animals trust us because we approach them slowly, quietly and without hasty movements. Our animals are well cared for and receive all the nutrients they need. Incorrect food or too much food can quickly have serious consequences, leading to symptoms of poisoning and even fatal colic. You can get special species-appropriate food directly from us on the farm. Please refrain from bringing your own food. Please refrain from using artificial fragrances (e.g. perfume).
